You know friends, family and your co-workers a lot better than we do. That's why we will not give you a menu with the standard "chicken" or "beef" dish.

When you look at our catering menu, you will notice after every group selection, the words, "Or tell us what you want!". And that is just what we mean. Tell Us What You Want! If you want duck, you got duck. If you want Cornish game hens, you got Cornish game hens. Heck, if you want alligator, you got alligator, (We Are Serious! Well, ok, maybe not alligator......but then again, if that is what you want...) We are here to help you make your parties, weddings, reunions or whatever special events you plan the best that they can be, ones that you and your guest will remember.
