    These are just some suggestions, you can build your own menu if you’d like. All menus can be changed or modified to your preference.

    1. Whole Pig - Whole Pig carved on site and served with 3 side dishes of your choice and cornbread.
    2. Smoked Pork / Chicken Combo (Pork and Bone in Chicken) - Our Lightly Smoked Pork and Smoked Chicken served with your choice of 3 side dishes and rolls &  butter.
    3. Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich - Our Shredded, Smoked and Seasoned Pork Sandwich served with your choice of 2 side dishes.
    4. Chicken Breast (1 Boneless) - Our Smoked and Seasoned Chicken served with your choice of 2 side dishes and rolls &  butter.
    5. Smoked Beef Brisket Sandwich - Our Shredded and Lightly Smoked Brisket Sandwich served with your choice of 2 side dishes.
    6. Chicken Leg ¼ - Chicken Leg ¼ lightly seasoned and smoked, served with your choice of 2 side dishes and rolls & butter.
    7. Smoked Ribs (4 Bones) – Our Ribs Smoked and Seasoned then cut into a 1/3 of a slab and dipped in our own National Award Winning BBQ sauce. Comes with your choice of 2 sides and cornbread.
    8. Stuffed Pork Chops – Our Smoked Chop which is stuffed with our House-Made Stuffing and comes with your choice of 2 side dishes and cornbread.
    9. Lasagna (Meat or Vegetarian) - House-made Lasagna served with our made in house Garlic Bread and a fresh Tossed Salad.

    You can ADD another Meat or Side dish to any sample menu at an additional cost.

     
    MEATS/MAIN DISHES:  
    • Pulled Pork  – 10 pounds for $85 (35-40 servings) or $8.90/lb.
    • Whole Pork Butt - Cooked and left whole $8.50lb.
    • Ribs – Whole Slab of Smoked and Seasoned Ribs $19.95/slab
    • Rib Tips – Smoked and cut into chunks bathed in sauce and sold by the pound $7.00/lb.
    • Beef Brisket – 10 pounds for $120 (35-40 servings) or $12.90/lb.
    • Smoked Chicken – Cut up into 8 pieces. $12.00/Chicken.
    • Jumbo Chicken Wings – $21.50 for 30 wings.
    • Chicken Leg ¼ – $2.25 a piece
    • Pulled Chicken – 10 lbs. for $78.50 (35-40 servings) or $8.50lb.
    • Smoked Sausage bites – Smoked Sausage cut into small pieces. $6.75/lb.
    • Lasagna - Call for pricing.

    All the meats above are dry rubbed and lightly smoked. We always cook Memphis Style. We do not add sauce to our meats unless specified above. We do provide sauce by the bottle for the products above.

    • Foam Plates – Foam plates and inexpensive flatware
    • Plastic Plates – HIGHER grade plates and nicer flatware and napkins for special events
