Scott's Pig Roast and More

We offer Memphis Style BBQ. Lightly smoked and seasoned, with BBQ sauce on the side. The Staff of Scott’s Pig Roast and More are passionate about the way we cook, So much in fact that the roasters we use are custom built to our specifications. (Not to mention the 20 years we spent perfecting our seasoning.)

(Not to mention the 20 years we spent perfecting our seasoning.) When you have Scott’s Pig Roast and More cater your event, you’re getting the cooking experience of 10 years. Scott’s Pig Roast is a long time member of the National Barbecue Association.
Whether its formal or causal, brats, prime rib or vegetarian, breakfast, lunch, or dinner, on your deck, in your back yard, at the beach, in your office or at the local banquet hall, Scott’s Pig Roast and More will help you customize your event to make it one to remember. You know friends, family and your co-workers a lot better than we do. That’s why we will not give you a menu with the standard “chicken” or “beef” dish. When you look at our catering menu, you will notice after every group selection, the words, “Or tell us what you want!”. And that is just what we mean. Tell Us What You Want! If you want duck, you got duck. If you want Cornish game hens, you got Cornish game hens. Heck, if you want alligator, you got alligator, (We Are Serious! Well, ok, maybe not alligator……but then again, if that is what you want…) We are here to help you make your parties, weddings, reunions or whatever special events you plan the best that they can be, ones that you and your guest will remember.
We can handle 3 to 5 parties a day, serving from 20 to 1000 people at a time. Click the button below to get started.

These are just some suggestions, you can build your own menu if you’d like. All menus can be changed or modified to your preference.

  1. Whole Pig – Whole Pig carved on site and served with 3 side dishes of your choice and cornbread.
  2. Smoked Pork / Chicken Combo (Pork and Bone in Chicken) – Our Lightly Smoked Pork and Smoked Chicken served with your choice of 3 side dishes and rolls &  butter.
  3. Smoked Pulled Pork Sandwich – Our Shredded, Smoked and Seasoned Pork Sandwich served with your choice of 2 side dishes.
  4. Chicken Breast (1 Boneless) – Our Smoked and Seasoned Chicken served with your choice of 2 side dishes and rolls &  butter.
  5. Smoked Beef Brisket Sandwich – Our Shredded and Lightly Smoked Brisket Sandwich served with your choice of 2 side dishes.
  6. Chicken Leg ¼ – Chicken Leg ¼ lightly seasoned and smoked, served with your choice of 2 side dishes and rolls & butter.
  7. Smoked Ribs (4 Bones) – Our Ribs Smoked and Seasoned then cut into a 1/3 of a slab and dipped in our own National Award Winning BBQ sauce. Comes with your choice of 2 sides and cornbread.
  8. Stuffed Pork Chops – Our Smoked Chop which is stuffed with our House-Made Stuffing and comes with your choice of 2 side dishes and cornbread.

  11. Lasagna (Meat or Vegetarian) – House-made Lasagna served with our made in house Garlic Bread and a fresh Tossed Salad.

You can ADD another Meat or Side dish to any sample menu at an additional cost.

 


MEATS/MAIN DISHES:

  • Whole Pig or ½ Pig
  • Prime Rib– smoked, seasoned and cut on site.
  • Pulled Pork– shredded with sauce on the side.
  • Whole Pork Butt– Cooked and left whole you can slice or shredded.
  • Ribs– Smoked WHOLE Slab of Ribs (can be cut into smaller pieces).
  • Stuffed Pork Chops– Boneless Loin stuffed and tied then smoked sliced on site.
  • Rib Tips– Smoked and cut into chunks bathed in sauce and sold by the lb.
  • Beef Brisket Shredded– shredded with sauce on the side.
  • Beef Brisket Sliced– smoked and seasoned then sliced.
  • Steaks– What cut do you want grilled on site you tell us what you want cooked.
  • Memphis style Chicken– Cut up into 8 pieces, Whole, ½’s or ¼’s, Cordon Blu.
  • Jumbo Chicken Wings–for 30 wings cooked.
  • Smoked Chicken Leg ¼’s– Lightly smoked and seasoned.
  • Pulled Chicken–shredded with sauce on side.
  • Smoked Sausage bites– Double Smoked Sausage cut into bite size pieces.
  • Lasagna – Call for pricing.

Meats above are lightly smoked and dry rubbed. We always cook Memphis Style. We do not add sauce to product unless specified above. We do provide sauce by the bottle for products above.


SIDE DISHES:

  • Cheesy Hash Browns – Potato shredded in a cheese sauce, topped with parsley.
  • Baked Beans – BBQ and brown sugar beans.
  • Cole Slaw – Shredded cabbage with carrots in cream sauce.
  • Mac & Cheese – Cavatappi Pasta in rich cheese sauce.
  • Bacon Mac & Cheese – Cavatappi Pasta in rich cheese sauce and apple wood smoked BACON.
  • Garlic Red Skins – Red Skin potato cut with butter and fresh garlic.
  • House Salad – Romaine Lettuce with our special add on is. Dressing on it or on the side.
  • Tossed Green Salad – Mixed Lettuce with tomatoes and mix of fresh veggies.
  • Loaded Mashed Potatoes – Mashed Potato with sour cream, cheese, bacon, green onion
  • Mashed Potatoes & Gravy – Mashed Potato with gravy on side.
  • Fresh Fruit Salad (SEASONAL Item) Mixed FRESH fruit cut to bit size pieces
  • Broccoli Salad – Broccoli, carrots and bacon in cream sauce
  • Pasta Salad – Pasta with fresh veggies in Italian Dressing
  • Potato Salad – Potato with veggies in mustard/ mayo dressing
  • Mac Salad – Pasta with veggies and cheese in cream sauce
  • Cucumber/Onion Salad – Cucumber/Onion sliced in sweet and sour dressing
  • House-made Corn Dip with Chips – Corn in cheese sauce with a kick and nacho chips
  • Green Beans – Green beans with onion and butter.
  • Corn – Corn with butter
  • Corn on the Cob – Cobbettes or whole cob in husk with butter
  • Green Bean Casserole – Green bean casserole says it all
  • Hot Mixed Vegetables – Green beans and baby carrots lite steaming
  • Sweet Potato Casserole – Sweet Potato with pecan

APPETIZERS:

  • Veggies and Dip –  Mixed veggies with Ranch dip
  • Cheese & Cracker Tray – Cheese cubes with crackers
  • Cheese & Sausage Tray – Cubed cheese with sliced smoked sausage
  • Meatballs – Meatballs in our BBQ sauce
  • House-made Corn Dip with Chips – Corn in cheese sauce with a kick and nacho chips
  • House-made Salsa with Chips – Corn Chips with salsa on the side.
  • Jumbo Chicken Wings – 30 wings w/BBQ sauce
  • Relish Tray – Different kinds of Pickles and Olives,
  • Rib Tips – Tips that are smoked and put in sauce.
  • Sausage Bites – Sausage that is smoked and cut into bite size pieces

DESSERTS:

  • Fruit Cobblers – Cobblers with fruit on bottom with topping
  • Cookies – Chocolate chip, Oatmeal raisin, M& M Chip, Sugar Cookie
  • Brownies – Brownie without nuts or frosting.
  • Banana Pudding – Pudding with fresh banana and wafers

Our catering services range from the most elegant affair to a business luncheon or a picnic at the park. We will meet your event needs by exploring options and ideas with you. You will find our catering staff to be professional, pleasant and quick to meet your needs.

We set up on your tables usually 3-4 tables needed for set up. That way when we leave your food stays on your table. Chafing dishes can be added to all orders. They can be rented (vary nice looking) or bought wire style. It usually takes about 45 min or less to feed 100 people. Then we make food ready to be left, after all you bought it. And then we are on to our next event.

We arrive with the food you ordered and confirmed. Hot food is brought hot at least 135’ and cold food is brought to you at a min. of 41’. Placed on counter top or table and you set up the have you think it should be. If you ask we can make suggestion on how it might work best. If ordered Chafing racks we be shown the correct way to set up so food does not burn. If using Crock Pots or Electric Roaster will help with correct temperature setting so food stay safe and taste.

Food is picked up at our kitchen and you deliver to your event.
