We offer Memphis Style BBQ. Lightly smoked and seasoned, with BBQ sauce on the side. The Staff of
Scott’s Pig Roast and More are passionate about the way we cook, so much in fact that the roasters we
use are custom built to our specifications. (Not to mention the 25+ years we spent perfecting our
seasoning.)
Whether its formal or causal. Pulled Pork, Brisket, Chicken, Brats, Prime Rib or even Vegetarian options,
breakfast, lunch, or dinner, on your deck, in your back yard, at the beach, in your office or at the local
banquet hall, Scott’s Pig Roast and More will help you customize your event to make it one to
remember. You know friends, family and co-workers a lot better than we do. That’s why we will not give
you a menu with the standard “chicken” or “beef” dish. When you look at our catering menu, you will
notice after every group selection, the words, “Or tell us what you want!”. And that is just what we

We can handle multiple parties a day, serving from 20 to 1000 people at a time.
